Dec. 02 Positive Power-up

Today's positive power-up is thankful for the satisfaction I possess now such as my family, friends, house and so on. Family and friends are always supporting and encouraging me. Objects like house and car stuff give me the motivation to gain. I remember the day I got the PR card in the morning. For 2 or 3 hours I was super happy and excited. Yet, I felt empty because I lost my way, I got the PR card that really eager to get. After reading a book, 'Having", I started to write a gratitude diary and felt thankful for everything I have.

 

오늘의 긍정 파워는 내가 지금 소유하고 있는 것에 대한 만족감에 감사한다. 가령 가족, 친구, 집 그런 것들. 가족과 친구들은 항상 날 지지하고 격려해 준다. 집이나 자동차 같은 물질들은 나에게 갖게 하기 위한 동기를 부여해준다. PR 카드를 받은 오전이 기억난다. 한 2 ~ 3시간 동안은 정말 행복하고 흥분되었다. 하지만, 정말 내가 갖기를 열망하던 PR 카드 받는 것인 목표를 이루었기에 공허함을 느꼈다. 해빙이라는 책을 읽고 난 뒤부터 감사일기를 쓰고 내가 가진것에 대한 감사함을 가지게 되었다.
