I'm grateful to learn something new today. I learned box breathing and tried to do it during meditation. At the first time, it was hard to do, but I'm getting used to it. It will help me reduce stress and improve my moods such as increasing mental clarity, energy and focus. Changing from a little thing will improve me a lot someday.
