Morning routine

I am thankful for my morning routine. Doing meditation for visualization and feeling peace. I realized the morning peace makes me calm and peaceful. I really enjoy my morning routine. Recently I left to work 5 to 10 minutes earlier for work out at the work. It will help me keep being healthy and give me good energy for every day.
